Where will conference sessions be held?

All conference sessions will be held at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center, 900 Boylston St., Boston, MA 02115. It is a short indoor walk from the Sheraton Hotel.

What's included in the ODTUG Kscope registration?

  • What meals are included?
  • Can I bring my spouse/partner/children to breakfast and lunch?

Your ODTUG Kscope20 registration includes access to all sessions and events that are part of the ODTUG Kscope conference. Hotel rooms and transportation are not included. Both breakfast and lunch are included Sunday through Wednesday, and breakfast will be available on Thursday morning. Only full conference participants (indicated by conference badge type) will have access to these meals. There will be a welcome reception on Sunday night, happy hours in the exhibit hall on Monday and Tuesday, and a special event on Wednesday. All of these will have food and drinks included.

Are partners and/or children allowed to attend the special event/happy hours/welcome reception? How much is it to add a spouse/partner to events?

All the evening activities are adult-only events. No children will be allowed. Partners may attend the evening events by purchasing a ticket. Prices for the guest tickets will be:

  • $275: Special event Wednesday night—includes welcome reception (Sunday night)
  • $40: Monday OR Tuesday happy hour events

What is the dress code for the conference? 

Business casual is the norm for the conference. Convention centers can be cold, so we suggest dressing in layers.

Are there vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free/etc. choices for food?

Yes. When you register for ODTUG Kscope20, you will see a question regarding food preferences and allergies. We also ask the caterers to label every ingredient so that attendees can make informed food decisions.

If it turns out I can’t go after I’ve registered and paid, can I transfer my registration to someone else? How do I do that?

Yes, a paid registration can be transferred to someone else in your organization. Just email us at aneesha@odtug.com with your name and email address and the name and email address of the person you’d like to transfer your registration to, and we will take care of the rest.

What is the refund policy?

ODTUG as an organization is committed to the health and safety of our members, and we are dedicated to ensuring that our conference is a positive experience for all attendees. In response to the uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus, we have decided to modify our cancellation policy. Through April 30, 2020 all registrants are eligible for a full refund without a processing fee. Cancellations received between May 1 and May 30, 2020 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will be issued via the payment method originally used to purchase the registration. Credit card refunds will only be issued to the credit card originally used to make the purchase. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 30, 2020. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to registration@odtug.com.

Do I have to be an ODTUG member to register for ODTUG Kscope20?

Yes, membership in ODTUG is required for ODTUG Kscope20 registration. You can enroll here for only $99 per year to receive member pricing—a $150 savings over associate pricing! Or you can sign up for a free associate membership here.

Can I earn CPE Credits at ODTUG Kscope?

Yes, all  Analytics and EPM sessions will be eligible for CPE credits.
